Afghanistan clinch 5-4 win against Greenland in Futsal

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan marked a strong start to the four-nation futsal tournament in Brazil with a hard-fought 5-4 victory over Greenland.

The Afghanistan Football Federation announced on its Facebook on Friday that the national side secured victory in their opening game of the four-nation futsal tournament in Brazil by defeating Greenland 5-4.

For Afghanistan, Omid Qanbari, Khodadad Ebrahimi, Farzad Mahmoodi, and Bahman Gargich scored goals against Greenland.

As per the tournament schedule, Afghanistan will take on Brazil in their second match, followed by a final game against Iran.
