KABUL (Pajhwok): The leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has approved the addition of a medical faculty to Ghazni University, an official announced on Monday.
Hafiz Ziaullah Hashimi, spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), wrote on his X handle that the approval was granted in accordance with an order from the IEA leadership.
He emphasized that this significant step would provide higher education opportunities in medicine not only for the youth of Ghazni province but also for students from across the country. Additionally, it is expected to enhance healthcare services.
