4 killed, 5 injured as vehicle overturns in Jawzjan

SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): Four people were killed and five others were wounded when a vehicle they were travelling in overturned in northern Jawzjan province on Friday.

Qari Abdul Sattar Halimi, spokesman for the Jawzjan police headquarters, said that a car overturned on the Shiberghan-Mazar-i-Sharif highway in Shisheh Khana village in Faizabad district this morning.

The accident left four people dead, including the driver, and five others were injured.

Halimi blamed the mishap on excessive speed and reckless driving.
