KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 50 Palestinians have been killed in the latest Israeli airstrikes on Gaza, Al Jazeera reported on Tuesday.
The leaders of Canada, France and the United Kingdom warned they might take "concrete action" against Israel if it did not halt its renewed military offensive.
Meanwhile, 22 countries called on the Jewish state to allow humanitarian aid into the besieged enclave.
But Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected international appeals and vowed to continue the offensive, including plans for Israeli forces to take full control of Gaza.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israel’s ongoing campaign has killed at least 53,475 Palestinians and injured 121,398 others.
The Government’s Media Office updated the death toll to over 61,700, noting that thousands remain missing under the rubble and are presumed dead.
