3 killed, 14 injured in Bamyan, Daikundi traffic accidents

NEILI (Pajhwok): At least three people have been killed and 14 others injured in separate traffic accidents in the central provinces of Bamyan and Daikundi, officials said on Friday.

Bamyan police spokesman Mohammad Khwani Rasa told Pajhwok Afghan News that a motorbike collided with a car on the Kabul-Bamyan highway late Thursday. Both individuals on the motorbike died at the scene.

In Daikundi’s Shahristan district, a van veered off the road and overturned late Thursday, killing a boy and injuring 14 others, police spokesman Ghulam Ali Javed said.
