Samangan resident donates 5 acres of land for hospital

AIBAK (Pajhwok): A resident of northern Samangan province has donated five acres of land—valued at over 20 million afghanis—for the construction of a 200-bed hospital.

According to a statement from the governor’s office, Haji Israil, a resident of Aibak city, met with Deputy Governor Mullah Dad Khuda Khadem to formally announce his donation.

The land, located in the Kohna Aibak area, is intended for the development of the much-needed healthcare facility.

Local officials welcomed the generous contribution.

Deputy governor Khadem praised Haji Israil’s initiative, calling it a significant step toward improving healthcare services and addressing long-standing medical infrastructure challenges in the province.
