MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): A school building has been constructed at a cost of 240,000 US dollars in Nahr-i-Shahi district of northern Balkh province, an official said on Thursday.
Haji Zaid, governor’s spokesman, said the project was executed in the Nasim Mahdia area of the district.
Funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the building was constructed in coordination with the provincial Refugees and Repatriation Department, he said.
He added the project consumed 240,000 US dollars.
