KABUL (Pajhwok): Three people, including two traffic police officers, have killed in an explosion in Moscow, media report said on Wednesday.
Al Jazeera, citing Russia’s Investigative Committee, said the blast occurred in the southern part of the city when traffic police attempted to detain a suspected individual.
The committee added that the explosion took place near the site of an earlier blast this week that killed a Russian general.
Police have cordoned off the area, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
