KABUL (Pajhwok): At least four Pakistani policemen were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday, a media report said.
Unidentified motorcycle-riding gunmen opened fire on traffic police personnel in Sarai Naurang city of Lakki Marwat district, killing three officers, Geo News reported, quoting a police spokesman.
He added the attackers managed to escape after the incident.
Separately, in Bannu, a police constable was killed after unidentified gunmen opened fire in the Mandan area.
Earlier this month, five Pakistani policemen were also killed in an armed attack in Karak district of the same province.
