KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) announced on Thursday that 214 Afghan migrants, recently released from prisons in Pakistan, have returned to Afghanistan.
The ministry stated on its X page that the individuals were freed from Pakistani detention over the past week, having spent between one day and two months in custody.
According to the statement, after being registered at the Spin Boldak Transfer Offices and receiving assistance from the ministry’s partner organisations, the returnees were transferred to their home provinces.
