Child killed, 4 wounded in Kapisa roof collapse

MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): A 14-year-old child has died and four others were injured after the roof of a house collapsed in the Alasay district of central Kapisa province.

Police spokesman Abdul Fattah Faiz told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident occurred in Sarkadar village of Alasay district at a house belonging to a man identified as Mohammad Shah.

He said the 14-year-old child lost his life in the incident while four others sustained injuries.

Faiz added the injured had been transferred to the central health clinic in Alasay district for treatment.

According to him, investigations into the cause of the incident have been launched.
