KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Abdul Karim Badakhshi will face his Spanish opponent Fabia Sintes on March 28.
Abdul Azim Badakhshi, another fighter and his brother, wrote on his Facebook page that the fight will be held under the World of Warriors Fighting Championship (WOW FC).
Badakhshi will enter the cage to compete for the championship belt.
Abdul Karim Badakhshi, who has nine wins and three losses in his career so far, will fight for a recognized world title for the first time in a major European and international organization against a strong Spanish opponent.
Meanwhile, Fabia Sintes holds a record of 10 wins and three losses and is the current lightweight champion of the organisation.
The fight will be held at the Olympic Hall in Barcelona, in the Padalona area of Spain.
