KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) has announced the schedule for the country’s U-20 national team in the 2026 Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) Championship, with Afghanistan set to open its campaign against Turkmenistan.
According to a statement posted on the AFF’s Facebook page today, Afghanistan will play Turkmenistan on May 12 in its first match of the tournament.
Afghanistan will then face Uzbekistan on May 13, Tajikistan on May 15, and Kyrgyzstan on May 17.
The 2026 CAFA U-20 Championship will be held in Tajikistan from May 12 to May 17.
