KABUL (Pajhwok): At least four people, including Ehsanullah, the son of former Wolesi Jirga member Allah Gul Mujahid, were killed in a shooting incident in the Sara-i-Shahzada area of Kabul city on Sunday, police said.
Khalid Zadran told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident occurred at around 2:00pm today near Sara-i-Shahzada, the country’s largest money exchange market.
He said: “Four people were killed in the incident: Ehsanullah, the son of Allah Gul Mujahid; his bodyguard; a civilian woman; and another civilian. Two people have been arrested in connection with the case. One member of the opposing side, who was wounded, was also detained, and a nephew of Allah Gul Mujahid has additionally been taken into custody.”
According to him, preliminary findings indicate that the shooting stemmed from a personal dispute.
