The United States defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 2-0 in Santa Clara. Folarin Balogun opened the scoring before Malik Tillman doubled the lead in the second half to send the Americans through despite finishing the match with 10 players.
Belgium produced a remarkable comeback to defeat Senegal 3-2 after extra time in Seattle.
Senegal established a two-goal advantage, but Belgium fought back with late goals to force extra time before sealing victory with the winning goal from the penalty spot.
In Atlanta, England came from behind to beat DR Congo 2-1. DR Congo took an early lead, but captain Harry Kane scored twice in the second half to secure England’s place in the next round.
Following the results, the United States will face Belgium in the Round of 16, while England will meet Mexico for a place in the quarter-finals.
