The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) said in a statement the individuals in police uniforms turned their weapons against coalition soldiers in southern Afghanistan and killed a service member.
The three individuals fled the area immediately after Monday’s shooting and security personnel were currently looking for them. The incident is under probe said ISAF, which did not reveal where the incident took place.
