KABUL (Pajhwok): First Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mohammad Khan on Wednesday said the enemies and regional intelligence agencies wanted to reach their designs by dividing the Afghans.
Mohammad Khan told a Cabinet meeting in Kabul said that the history of Afghanistan showed the Afghans had frustrated enemy plots aimed at creating divisions among the Afghans.
Although the enemies had killed or injured, displaced and looted thousands of Afghans on the behest of outsiders, and such atrocities being repeated, but the enemies had been unable divide Afghan tribes, he said.
“Recently the enemies and regional spy agencies tried to divide Afghans by abducting, killing and victimising people belonging to a specific tribe,” he said, in a reference to Hazara tribe.
Khan said the enemies should know Afghans would never be misled by such plots.
He said the Afghans could deal with such plots and they would always remain committed to preserving unity, integrity and national interests.
