OIC strongly condemn suicide attack on religious scholars in Kabul

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the Tuesday’s suicide attack on Miladun Nabi gathering in capital Kabul which 55 people were killed and 94 others injured, a statement from the organization said on Thursday.

OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen described the attack as heinous and brutal on a gathering of prayer and worship in Kabul, the statement said.

The Secretary General extended his condolences to the government and people of Afghanistan as well as to the families of the victims over this tragedy and prayed for speedy recovery to the injured.
