2 killed, 3 injured in Kandahar suicide attack

KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): At least two people were killed and three others wounded in a suicide attack in the capital of southern Kandahar province on Tuesday, officials said.

Kandahar police spokesman, Zia Durani, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the incident took place in the 11^th police district in Aino Mina area this afternoon.

The attacker was under the chase of Afghan forces and he exploded his explosives  before reaching his target, Durani added.
