BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): Iran’s ambassador to Afghanistan Mohammad Reza Bahrami said on Thursday his country’s image with neighboring countries was improving and economic terrorism would not affect its ties with neighbors.

The Iranian envoy during a visit to central Bamyan province told Pajhwok Afghan News his country was experiencing a serious economic terrorism in the history of international relationship.

He added, “We are bearing economic sanctions but our relations with Afghanistan continue in terms of defense cooperation, security, trade, economy, cultural and politics.”

Bahrami further said his country’s image with neighboring countries was developing and economic terrorism would not have any impact on that.

Abdul Rahman Ahmadi, Bamyan governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok that Mohammad Reza Bahrami traveled to Bamyan to inspect a 120 bed hospital for which Iran was providing fund.
