Unexploded rocket kills 4 Sar-i-Pul children

KABUL (Pajhwok): Four children have been killed and a fifth wounded when an unexploded rocket shell went off in northern Sar-i-Pul province, an official said on Wednesday.

The blast took place in Imam-i-Jafar area of Sar-i-Pul City, the provincial capital, Noor Agha Faizi, the police’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

Four children were killed and a fifth wounded after the rocket shell exploded, he said, adding the injured child condition was said to be critical.
