JALALABAD (Pajhwok): A rickshaw driver was injured when two magnetic bombs affixed to his three-wheeler went off in the Behsud district of eastern Nangarhar province on Friday, an official said.
The blast took place in Muqam Khan area of Behsud district shortly after 11am, said the governor’s spokesman, Attaullah Khogyani. He said the driver had been evacuated to hospital.
He identified the driver as Ikramullah, a resident of neighboring Laghman province. Two sticky bombs had been attached to Ikramullah’s rickshaw. No one else was harmed in the incident, according to Khogyani.
