Afghanistan thump England in warm-up match

Afghanistan, electing to bat first, set England a target of 206 runs. The national team posted the total for the loss of eight wickets.

In response, England was bowled out for 184, with Noor Ahmad and Shafiqullah grabbing two wickets each for Afghanistan.

The U-19 World Cup will begin on Friday, January 17. The opening match will be played between South Africa and Afghanistan.
