KABUL (Pajhwok): After a hiatus of more than a month, heads and some members of the government and Taliban negotiating teams have met in Doha.
The meeting, which took place on Monday evening, discussed the continuation of peace talks between the parties, Taliban spokesman Mohammad Naeem said.
Working groups were directed to go ahead with their meetings on firming up the agenda, Tolonews quoted Naeem as saying.
Following the resumption of the talks in early February after a weeklong break, meetings between the negotiating teams have been stalled for the last 36 days.
