KABUL (Pajhwok): High Council for National Reconciliation chairman Dr. Abdullah Abdullah has said leaving districts to the Taliban was not part of a plan, brushing aside rumors in this regard.
In a statement from the HCNR, Abdullah said this during a meeting with youth from Friedrich Ebert Foundation at Sapedar Palace.
Youth shared their views, implementation of their programs in three provinces and conveyed viewpoints regarding peace and reconciliation.
Abdullah said continued departure from districts was not part of any plan and concerns in this regarding that all this was happening under a plan were not right.
