PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): The Afghanistan Development Welfare Services Organisation (ADWSO) distributed clothes and garments among 181 flood affected families in the nine villages of Dand-i-Ghori district in northern Baghlan province.
ADWSO Provincial Head Mohammad Nazeer Atif told Pahwok Afghan News the aid was distributed in support of the Work and Social Affairs Department among flood affective people.
He said these families had been identified through a survey. The selected families had been badly affected by recent flood.
Bismillah Khan, one of the beneficiaries, told Pajhwok Afghan News seven flood affected families had been provided garments and clothes.
The aid among flood affected families was distributed at time when according to official 900 families had been tarnished by recent flash flood.
