KABUL (Pajhwok): The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) has recommended 38 children with congenital heart defects (CHDs) for treatment at Kabul hospitals.
The ARCS said the children had been introduced to three hospitals for the treatment of their heart conditions.
Over the past nine months, ARCS has introduced 1,091 children suffering from heart diseases to different hospitals for treatment.
