KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has urged religious scholars from the UK to project the Afghanistan’s true image to the world.
Hafiz Zia Ahmad Takal, deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, tweeted that the acting minister discussed the Afghanistan situation with the visiting delegation from the UK.
Muttaqi briefed his interlocutors on positive changes in the country, such as security and economic development, after the Islamic Emirate’s takeover.
Muttaqi asked the scholars to highlight the true image of Afghanistan. He viewed positive interaction with the world as an important goal of the Islamic Emirate’s foreign policy.
