IEA not averse to modern education, says Nadeem

KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Minister of Higher Education Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem says the Islamic Emirate is not against modern education.

On a trip to Ghor province, Nadeem visited the higher education institute and met local teachers, his office said in a statement.

“We are not against modern education, our country needs engineers and doctors for becoming self-sufficient,” he added.

According to him, the Islamic Emirate is committed to the improvement of higher education in the country.
