2 women killed, 3 children injured in Khost roof collapse

KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Two women have been killed and three children wounded in a roof collapse incident in southeastern Khost province, an official said on Saturday.

The incident took place due to heavy rainfall in Tani area of Zazi Maidan district on Friday noon.

Police spokesman Tahir Ihrar told Pajhwok Afghan News that two women were killed and three children, all from the same family, wounded in the roof collapse incident.

According to him, the injured evacuated to the hospital and their condition is said to be stable.
