32-year-old man found dead in Balkh

MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): A 32-year-old man has been found dead in Dehdadi district of northern Balkh province, police said on Saturday.

Sherzad, 32, went missing from the first police district of Mazar-i-Sharif City on Thursday, provincial police headquarters said in a statement.

According to the statement, Sherzad was found dead in Imam Bakari locality on Friday.

It said personal enmity might be the cause behind the murder because the slain individual had been imprisoned on charges of theft during the previous government.
