Turkmenistan accepts Saber as IEA ambassador

KABUL (Pajhwok): Turkmenistan has accepted Fazal Mohammad Saber as the ambassador of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) in Ashgabat, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Kabul announced on Saturday.

Turkmenistan Minister of Foreign Affairs Rasit Meredow told a ceremony Kabul and Ashgabat planned to implement major development projects.

He hoped the two countries would kick off practical work on the TAPI gas pipeline and Torghandi-Herat railway line projects in near future.
