Man burnt to death in Badakhshan house blaze

FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): A man was burnt to death after a fire breakout in his house in northeastern Badakhshan province, police said on Tuesday.

Police spokesman Ehsanullah Kamgar said the incident occurred in 4^th district of Faziabad city at 9:30am today.

“An explosion happened at the house of Abdul Manan Sochi, a mining operator in the province. The blast was caused by a fire that spread to explosives (dynamite) that left one person dead.”

He said the fire had been controlled by police.
