KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) has inked two cooperation agreements worth nearly 50 million afghanis with two NGOs.
The agreements were signed between Deputy Minister Abdul Rahman Rashid and Concern and People’s Action for Change (PAC), MoRR wrote on its X handle.
Under the first agreement, the Concern will spend 647,979 US dollars on the reconstruction of shelters, cash aid and house rent payments to 2,519 needy families in northern Kunduz province.
Under the second agreement, PAC will spend 4.511 million afghanis on providing beekeeping and carpet weaving training and equipment to deserving people in Balkh, Samangan, Jawzjan, Sar-i-Pul, Faryab, Takhar and Badakhshan provinces.
Earlier, the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation had inked two cooperation agreements worth more than two million US dollars with a private firm.
