KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Refugee and Repatriation (MoRR) has signed cooperation agreements worth of nearly four million dollars with three NGOs, a statement said on Tuesday.
The ministry signed three cooperation agreements worth $3,946,102 with the British War Child, the Humanitarian Aid Society, and the Norwegian Church Aid Organization.
Based on these agreements, these organizations will spend the money on cash assistance, educational packages, services and meetings, food, winter packages and shelter construction in Herat, Badghis, Farah, Khost and Kunar provinces, which will benefit 526 families and 36,244 people.
According to the source, these agreements were signed between Maulvi Abdul Rahman Rashid, deputy minister of the Ministry of Refugees, and representatives of the aforementioned organizations.
