FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): One person was killed and nine others were injured after a passenger vehicle overturned in Qadis district of western Badghis province on Tuesday, an official said.
Police spokesman Sediqullah Sediqi said the accident occurred in the Langer area of Qadis district at around 8:00am this morning.
He said the vehicle veered off the road and overturned due to poor road conditions and driver negligence.
He added one person lost his life and nine others sustained injuries in the incident.
The injured were transferred to health centres for treatment, while investigations into the accident are ongoing, the spokesman concluded.
