KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Javid Basharat has defeated Russian opponent Musar Ibrahimov in a PFL event.
Basharat faced Ibrahimov on Sunday morning and secured victory through a judges’ decision after earning more points during the bout.
The fight was held in Tampa, Florida, in the United States.
The Professional Fighters League (PFL) shared a video of the match on its Facebook page, showing Basharat’s victory over his Russian opponent.
Basharat has now recorded 16 wins and two defeats in his professional MMA career.
