Agreement

KABUL, and Zerar Ahmad Muqbil, Minister of Counter-Narcotics, exchange documents after an agreement on countering drugs.
The United States announced on Tuesday to provide the Ministry of Counter-Narcotics with $25.7 million as an incentive for provinces where poppy cultivation has either become zero or substantially decreased.
