KUNDUZ CITY, Dec 23, 2014: Police officers and locals gather following an explosion that shattered windowpanes of nearby buildings in the capital city of northern Balkh province.
A civilian was killed and six others, including three policemen, were wounded when a magnetic bomb fixed to the police vehicle went-off.
