Right to left, Haji Mohammad Daoud Totakhel, head of Novin Afghan construction company, second Khan Jan Alkouzi, Deputy Chief of Commerce and Industry and other members of the union at a Kabul meeting said that for three years, three hundred and fourteen construction projects of the Interior Ministry has completed but it has not paid the demand amount of seven billion Afghanis for these projects so far, if the Interior Ministry does not pay the amount soon, they will expand on civilian movements the union says.
