MAIMANA, Apr 15, 2017: Sayed Anwar Sadaat, Faryab province governor while putting the cornerstones of two construction projects, worth 44 million afghanis, which are funded by the development budget of Ministry of Finance. These projects belong to Faryab Revenue Department and will be built on the Land of old Revenue office shops
