KABUL Gunna Walzholz after signing an agreement of 18 million Euros for improvements of the quality of education program here on Wednesday. Finance Minister Dr. Omar Zakhilwal and charge d affairs at German embassy, Thomas Zahneisen, had also attended the signing ceremony.
