From the National Basel Initiative on Combating Drugs in Sar-i-Pul from the Anti-Narcotics Directorate of Sar-i-Pul, the purpose of launching the National Mobilization Week on Narcotic Drugs was to alert them to the dangers of alcoholism, drug use, cultivation, production and trafficking celebrated by the government officials and trainees religions and local authorities.
