JALALABAD, Apr 03, 2014: Ministers and a provincial official lay the foundation stone for construction of second lane of Kabul-Jalalabad highway in eastern Nangarhar province.
The construction work on second lane of Kabul-Jalalabad highway was started in the province on Thursday.
