foundation stone for Justice department constructing in Bamyan

BAMYAN CITY, Sept 18, 2013: Mohammad Asif Mabalegh, the deputy Bamyan Governor, lays the foundation stone for Justice department in central Bamyan province. 
The project would be implemented at a cost of $50,000 funded by Japan, an official said.
