Foundation stone for Mard program building laid in Nangarhar

 JALALABAD, Nov 10, 2014: Officials lay the foundation stone for Mard program building at the Nangarhar Public Works compound.
The Mard program is responsible for construction and reconstruction of roads in the province, an official said.
