Japan contributes $13m to WFP programme in Afghanistan

KABUL
 A handover ceremony took place today in the WFP Kabul warehouse. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Keiichi HARA, Japan Charge de Affairs for Afghanistan and other Afghan officials.
