KABUL, July 12, 2009: Muhammad Ihsan Zia, Minister for Rural Rehabilitation and Development and Abdul Aziz Ahmadzai, Secretary for Disarmament of Illegal Armed Groups (DIAG) Programme, address a joint press conference here on Sunday.
