KABUL Mar 24, 2009: Director Afghan Technical Consultant (ATC) Kifayatullah Eblagh and Charge’d Affairs at Japanese Embassy Fumio Shimizu sign an agreement of $620,000 grant for a mine clearance project on Tuesday.
