LASHKARGAH, Jun 04 2009: Helmand Governor Muhammad Gulab Mangal, high ranking government officials from Kabul and other foreign officials participate in the inaugural ceremony of Bost Civil Airport in this capital city of the lawless southern province of Helmand.
